EDUCATION PROGAMS

Education Programs, as well as other programs such as Feeding and Relief  are often held through the courtesy and cooperation of the MMS Temple

Elementary Education is held at MMS Temple Philippines, 146 Banlok St. Lolomboy, Bocaue, Bulacan Philippines.

MEDICAL & DENTAL MISSION

• Free Medical Services are provided once a month minimum.  Regular check up and treatment with education in general health education and prevention
• Children are given free vitamins & anti polio medicine.
• Regular Free Dental services are given for children.  (Dr. Dianne Peralta, Dentist)

FEEDING PROGRAM

Feeding Programs are often held at MMS Temple Philippines, 146 Banlok St. Lolomboy, Bocaue, Bulacan Philippines.  With the participation of Mrs. Eladia Aquino-BDH and Mrs. Aida Acta-Municipal Sanitary Health Officer

Ongoing Feeding Program:
Children are fed on a regular basis.

Feeding & Dental Mission Program"
153 children were fed and given free toothbrush & toothpaste and Dental Hygiene.

DISASTER RELIEF OPERATIONS

Typhoon “Ondoy”

Banlok Relief Operation – September 30, 2010
Held at MMS Center Philippines, 146 Farmers Village, Banlok St. Lolomboy, Bocaue, Bulacan, Philippines
Relief Bags of were given to the victims of Typhoon Ondoy
Each bag consists of rice, noodles, milk, sugar and canned goods.

Marilao Relief Operation – October 5, 2010
Held at Sta Rosa I, Marilao, Bulacan , Philippines
Over 1,000 Relief Bags of were given to the victims of Typhoon Ondoy.  Each Relief Bag consists of rice, noodles, milk, sugar and canned goods.

We are thankful for the assistance of Barangay Chairman Valentino Delos Reyes, Ma. Victoria Saludez – Barangay Midwife and volunteers from the Barangay.

LIVELIHOOD PROJECT

Mothers Livelihood Project– February 2, 2010
Mother’s (from Banlok) were given the chance to learn how to make women’s jewelry and accessories, necklaces, headbands, earrings, etc. as an ongoing source of income. (Under the supervision of Aileen Lozada.)

AGRICULTURAL PROJECT

Agricultural Project the growing and production of Palm Oil for export.   The Agricultural Project is the first and oldest project initiated in the Philippines. The project pays the all-local, Philippine workers standard US Minimum wages or more and all profits are reinvested in improving operations and community needs projects.

The Agricultural Project Workers have shown great wisdom, resourcefulness and compassion in their communities, by using their income to initiate and support their neighbors and community.  One of the first things they did was to buy floors for the homes in their communities.  In this region, at night rats come into the homes through the dirt floors and feed on the babies and children while they are asleep.  The next thing they did was buy pens for all of the children in their community, so they can attend school.  They continue reinvest in their communities with many projects that help to create hope and a better life for all.
